By accessing and using the LDES AI Mapping Platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Resume Processing
By uploading your resume to the Service, you grant us permission to process and analyze your resume using AI technology to extract skills and match you with relevant educational pathways and career opportunities.
We will not share your resume with third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on the Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitations
In no event shall the LDES AI Mapping Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
